Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are evaluated case by case. If a product does not work as described, email support@procatalystconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Free products, including the free trial, are not eligible for refund as no payment was made.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of the billing period. We do not prorate partial periods unless required by law.

Consulting services

Consulting engagements are governed by a separate statement of work. Refund terms are specified in that document.

How to request a refund

Email support@procatalystconsulting.com with your order reference and reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.
